On completion, learners receive the International Trainer in Education and Training certificate from ELM, backed by a UKRLP-registered provider. 一週內交付：建議嘅認證機構、課程結構、時間表、合辦條款（誰負責邊部份、收益點分配）、可交付成果清單，全部冇隱藏收費。 Within a week: recommended awarding body, course structure, timeline, co-host terms (who owns what, how revenue is shared) and deliverable list. Zero hidden costs.
4–8 週嘅核心建構期：你提供領域內容，我哋負責教學設計、評核工具、講師手冊、學員 portfolio 模板。同時向認證機構提交申請。每週 sync 一次保持 alignment。 A 4–8 week core build: you supply the domain content, we own the instructional design, assessments, instructor handbook and portfolio templates. Awarding-body application submitted in parallel. Weekly sync keeps both sides aligned.
細班試教（5–8 人），通常用你機構嘅核心客戶或員工，收集學員回饋同講師體驗，修訂教材，準備正式 cohort。 A small pilot cohort (5–8 learners), typically your core customers or staff. Collect feedback, refine the materials, ready for full launch.
正式 cohort 以合辦品牌（你嘅機構 × Digicraft Academy）對外推廣。我哋親自做 assessor 或 IQA，確保每一份學員作品符合認證機構要求。 The full cohort launches under joint branding (your institution × Digicraft Academy). We personally serve as assessor or IQA, ensuring every learner submission meets awarding-body standards.
學員證書由認證機構直接頒發，印有合辦雙方標記。之後 6–12 個月嘅售後支援由我哋提供：教材更新、年度 IQA、續期協助、學員檔案合規存檔。下一個 cohort 可以順理成章開。 Certificates issued directly by the awarding body, marked with both partners' branding. Aftercare runs 6–12 months: material updates, annual IQA, renewal support, compliant record archival. The next cohort can roll seamlessly.
純粹 B2B 課程外判係「你畀錢，我哋做完交畀你」 —— 完成之後 Digicraft 同個 cohort 冇關係。合辦係雙方共同擔課程運營，包括共擔風險、共享收益、共同對外推廣。我哋會持續做 IQA、講師 CPD、續期文件，畀你嘅機構長期受惠。所以合辦更適合想長期擁有國際認證課程線嘅機構，唔只係一次過嘅外判項目。Pure B2B course outsourcing is "pay us, we deliver, done" — Digicraft has no further role in your cohort. Co-hosting means we share operation, risk and upside. We continue to provide IQA, trainer CPD and renewal paperwork, so your institution benefits long-term. Co-hosting suits institutions that want a lasting accredited-course line, not a one-off outsourced project.

TQUK and VTCT/iTEC are both UK Ofqual–registered awarding bodies, and the certificates we issue sit within the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). They're recognised globally — including in Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia — by employers, immigration authorities and further-education institutions. Sunderland diplomas carry the same international weight.
視乎複雜度。簡單嘅 short course（3–5 日學程）大約 8–12 週可以完成課程設計加認證機構申請。完整嘅 Level 3–5 文憑課程一般需要 3–6 個月。如果你已經有現成嘅內容，需要重新包裝對接認證機構，時間可以縮短到 6–10 週。Depends on scope. A short course (3–5 days of learning) typically takes 8–12 weeks for full design and awarding-body application. A full Level 3–5 diploma takes 3–6 months. If you already have content that just needs repackaging for accreditation, we can compress to 6–10 weeks.
三種混合計費可以組合：(1) 課程共建費 — 一筆過 setup，包括認證機構申請；(2) 每 cohort 交付費 — 按學員人數計；(3) IQA 年費 — 按合作期長度。具體 mix 視乎你機構規模、預期 cohort 頻率、收益分配偏好。每個合辦案我哋會喺免費諮詢之後出一份書面條款書，冇隱藏收費。Three components can be combined: (1) Joint build fee — one-off setup including body application; (2) Per-cohort delivery fee — per learner; (3) Annual IQA retainer — duration-based. You keep delivering; we serve as your external IQA — sampling assessments, running standardisation meetings, and producing the formal IQA reports awarding bodies require for ongoing monitoring. For training centres with mature trainer teams, this is the leanest entry point.
學員嘅國際認證證書由認證機構直接頒發（TQUK、VTCT/iTEC、ELM 等），證書上會印有對應機構嘅 logo、註冊編號、QR code 驗證碼。我哋唔係 awarding body，我哋同你機構係 approved centre / co-host partner，負責設計、交付、評審課程。呢個結構確保證書嘅國際公信力。如果合辦條款協議，可以喺證書配套文件加上你機構同 Digicraft 嘅雙標識。The international certificate is issued directly by the awarding body (TQUK, VTCT/iTEC, ELM, etc.), bearing their logo, registration number and QR verification. We are not the awarding body — your institution and Digicraft serve as approved centre / co-host partner who design, deliver and assess the course. This separation is exactly what gives the certificate its international credibility. With agreement, the certificate's accompanying documents can carry both your institution's and Digicraft's branding.
可以。例如 VTCT Skills Level 5 Diploma 嘅證書上會明確列明 "Assessed in the medium of Traditional Chinese"，呢個唔影響資歷嘅國際認可性。授課語言可以係廣東話，學員嘅 portfolio 同評核可以係繁體中文，最終證書由英國機構頒發。Yes. For example, the VTCT Skills Level 5 Diploma explicitly states "Assessed in the medium of Traditional Chinese" on the certificate — this in no way diminishes its international recognition. Teaching can be in Cantonese, learner portfolios and assessments can be in Traditional Chinese, and the certificate is still issued by the UK awarding body.
