this is my story.

to System Owner
21 年做過 4 個角色。每次轉型唔係因為「想試新嘢」,而係因為我睇到上一個模式嘅極限。21 years across 4 roles. Each transition wasn't about "trying something new" — it was about seeing the limits of the previous model.
由時裝設計起步,做咗 20 年 graphic & brand designerStarted in fashion design, then 20 years as a graphic & brand designer
2005 年我拎到 BTEC Higher National Diploma (Fashion and Textiles) —— 呢張 Edexcel UK 發嘅文憑係我 timeline 嘅起點。由時裝入行,慢慢轉去 graphic、再去 brand identity,做過大大小小唔同 client 嘅項目。In 2005 I earned the BTEC Higher National Diploma (Fashion & Textiles) — that Edexcel UK certificate is where my timeline begins. From fashion I moved to graphic design, then to brand identity, working with clients big and small.
20 年嘅 craft 訓練畀咗我一個最大嘅 asset:視覺判斷力。但同時亦令我意識到一件事 —— 畫面做到幾靚,項目一交出嘅嗰刻,就已經唔屬於我。20 years of craft gave me one big asset: visual judgment. But it also made one thing painfully clear — no matter how beautiful the work, the moment I delivered it, it stopped being mine.
Stable income is not the same as owned equity.
由「做設計」轉去「做 策略」From "doing design" to "doing strategy"
2012 年我拎咗 HKPC 嘅 Professional Diploma for Chief Brand Officer,2015 年再去法國拎咗 RNCP Niveau IV(Conseiller en Image Personnelle et Communication)。In 2012 I earned the HKPC Professional Diploma for Chief Brand Officer, then in 2015 added France's RNCP Niveau IV (Conseiller en Image Personnelle et Communication).
呢 3 年最大嘅 shift 係:我開始問嘅問題唔再係「點樣令佢變靚?」,而係「佢到底想解決乜 business 問題?」。Design 由一個 output 變成一個 tool,而 strategy 變咗新嘅 output。The biggest shift in those 3 years: my question stopped being "how do I make it beautiful?" and became "what business problem are we actually solving?" Design moved from output to tool, and strategy became the new output.
Design is the tool; strategy is the deliverable.

2010s 中後期,我由接 job 嘅 designer 變咗做 dropshipping、做 brand owner。2021 年為咗更系統咁做,我去讀咗 Growth Marketing Academy Bootcamp Cohort 9(12 週全期)。In the late 2010s I shifted from freelance designer to dropshipping & brand owner. In 2021, to do this more systematically, I completed Growth Marketing Academy Bootcamp Cohort 9 (a full 12 weeks).
當我親手跑電商 funnel、睇住流量由平台黎、客戶被平台持有嘅時候,我學到一堂最殘酷但最重要嘅課:你以為你擁有嘅嘢,原來只係租。Platform algorithm 一改,你嘅生意就瞬間蒸發。Running my own e-commerce funnels — watching traffic come from platforms, customers held by platforms — taught me the harshest, most important lesson: what you think you own, you're actually only renting. One platform algorithm change, and your business evaporates.
Your customers don't belong to you — they belong to the platform.
AI 時代,我親手起 5 個 live 系統In the AI era, I hand-built 4 live systems
2024 年 AI 工具成熟,我第一次真正體會到:一個唔識 code 嘅 designer,都可以親手起系統。過去兩年我哋 build 咗 4 個 live 項目 —— A Dream Factory(Dropshipping 課程)、SociusHub(會員 + 課程 + 人才配對)、SosoContent(AI 廣東話文案)、Doneforyours(智能報價)—— 全部唔用現成 SaaS,全部由 owner 完全擁有。When AI tools matured in 2024, I finally proved something to myself: a designer who doesn't code can still hand-build systems. Over two years our team built 4 live projects — A Dream Factory (dropshipping courses), SociusHub (members + courses + talent matching), SosoContent (AI Cantonese copywriting), Doneforyours (smart quoting). None on rented SaaS; all fully owned.
同一時間,我繼續深化職業 credentials:2024 TQUK Level 4、2025 VTCT Level 5、2025 ISO 9001 ETETT、2026 年 1 月兩張 Sunderland 職業教育文憑、3 月 Venturenix Java Bootcamp。而家寫緊《錢, 原來可以這樣賺》,預計 2026 年出版;下一本《模板之後》接力。In parallel I deepened my credentials: 2024 TQUK Level 4, 2025 VTCT Level 5, 2025 ISO 9001 ETETT, two Sunderland vocational diplomas in January 2026, plus a Venturenix Java Bootcamp in March. I'm now writing《The New Way to Earn》, due 2026; 《After the Template》follows.
In the AI era, everyone builds. Only owners remain.
4 個我 唔會妥協 嘅信念4 Beliefs I Won't Compromise
呢 4 個信念係過去 21 年累積出嚟嘅,亦係 Digicraft 每一個項目嘅 backbone。一句話講:擁有 vs 租 · 行為 → 動機 · 商業 > 技術 · 共鳴 → 成交。These 4 beliefs accumulated over 21 years; they're the backbone of every Digicraft engagement. In short: Own vs Rent · Behavior → Motive · Commerce > Tech · Resonance → Conversion.
擁有,唔係租Own — don't rent
Shopify、HubSpot、Kajabi —— 每月交租,每月被定價。真正嘅 leverage 係你擁有底層 code、data、同 customer list。唔係你揀功能,係功能跟你走。Shopify, HubSpot, Kajabi — monthly rent, monthly repricing. Real leverage is owning the underlying code, data, and customer list. You don't pick features; the features stay with you.
行為,了解使用者動機Behavior reveals user motive
用戶講乜有時唔重要,佢做乜先係 truth。我哋相信 tracking + observation 比 focus group 真實 10 倍。行為係真相 —— 包括我自己嘅(所以 /credentials 頁公開編號)。What users say doesn't always matter — what they do is the truth. We trust tracking + observation 10× more than focus groups. Behavior is truth — including mine (which is why /credentials lists every number publicly).
商業,先於技術Commerce before tech
技術係答案,商業先係問題。我哋唔會同你傾「用邊個 framework 好」—— 我哋會同你傾「呢個項目嘅 unit economics 點樣至 work」。Code 係手段,唔係 purpose。Tech is the answer; commerce is the question. We won't debate "which framework" with you — we'll debate how the unit economics actually work. Code is a means, not a purpose.
共鳴,先於成交Resonance before transaction
唔係見到 lead 即刻 push proposal,唔係 funnel 推到底就硬 close。我哋幫客戶起嘅每個系統,都喺逐個 touchpoint 累積 trust —— 由內容、報價到互動,慢慢建立客戶喺市場上嘅 authority。成交之前已經對你嘅 thinking 同 taste 有共鳴嘅客戶,conversion 同 retention 都高 10 倍。We don't push proposals on every lead, or hard-close at the funnel's end. Every system we build accumulates trust at every touchpoint — content, quoting, interaction — slowly establishing the client's authority in their market. Customers who already resonate with your thinking and taste before they convert? They convert and retain 10× better.
