純 brand + website 項目一般 6–12 週、自動化系統 4–10 週、純 tracking / data 項目 3–6 週。Timeline 我哋會喺 proposal 階段講清楚,期間有 buffer,delay 會第一時間通知。Pure brand + website projects usually 6–12 weeks; automation systems 4–10 weeks; pure tracking / data projects 3–6 weeks. 係咪一定要識 code 先合作?Do I need to know code to work with you?
完全唔需要。我哋大部分客戶都唔識 code —— 你淨係需要對自己 business 有 clarity。交付後會有 documentation + training session,確保你 non-technical 都 maintain 到。Not at all. Most of our clients don't code — you only need clarity about your business. After handoff, you get documentation + a training session so non-technical operators can still maintain everything.
後期維護點算?What about ongoing maintenance?
3 個 option:(1) 自己搞(我哋提供文檔同 onboarding)、(2) 請 freelancer / in-house(所有嘢都係 open standard,唔 lock-in 我哋)、(3) 買 Digicraft 嘅 retainer plan。大部分客戶揀 (1) 或 (2),完全 OK。Three options: (1) DIY (we provide docs + onboarding), (2) hire a freelancer or in-house engineer (everything's on open standards — no lock-in to us), (3) take a Digicraft retainer. 未必。我哋偏好同「知道自己想擁有乜嘢」嘅 founder 合作,而唔係純粹睇公司 size。如果你嘅 project scope 細過我哋 minimum engagement,我哋會直接講,甚至可能推薦你其他更啱嘅 solution。Not necessarily. We prefer working with founders who know what they want to own — company size matters less than that.
